During a class or private session, participants will be guided through the following: context of class or theme, warm-up movement, focus and intention-setting, a series of postures/ poses, and integration. Through verbal and/or physical cues and prompts, the facilitator will hold a safe and neutral space for each participant to create and engage in their own unique internal experience.
